Registration information

EJC2021 basic registration fee is 100€ (VAT included).

In addition, the cost of accommodation is 300€ (VAT included), and covers accommodation and meals for the whole stay. Note that the school will pay the accomodation of participants from institutions that support EJC2021*. If the final budget allows, the school might also help some participants from other institutions, if you would like to benefit from such support please ask for it in the motivation field of the form.

Once registered, participants have access to: lectures, coffee-breaks, accommodation, meals and a social dinner.

We must pay the site 1 month in advance, and therefore the full registration fee is only refundable in case of cancellation of the participant before September 2. Travel costs are at the charge of the participants or their institutions.

The registration process to EJC2021 is done in two steps:

1/Pre-registration (from May 1 to 31, 2021)

2/Final registration for selected participants (from June 15 to July 15, 2021)

An e-mail with the information needed for registration and payment will be sent to the selected participants in June.
